Our Story

About Hannah Mitchell Fitness

Hannah Mitchell Fitness was born from my journey through the highs and lows of living with an autoimmune condition, and the realization that feeling stuck doesn’t have to be your forever. I believe every woman is uniquely designed and capable of healing when she understands what her body truly needs.

For too long, women like us have been told to accept “normal labs” or to just try harder with another diet. My mission is to change that narrative by shedding light on the real, hidden obstacles that prevent you from feeling your best and empowering you to take back control.

I know firsthand how easy it is to put your health on the back burner when you’re busy caring for your family, your work, and everyone else. But I also know how life-changing it is to start listening to your body and giving it the support it needs. My mission is to help women feel hopeful, informed, and empowered so you can show up fully for your family, your passions, and the life you were meant to live.

Hannah Mitchell

Hi, I’m Hannah, a mom of two, homeschooling enthusiast, and lover of everything outdoors, from gardening and fermenting foods to hiking, camping, and soaking up the sun at the beach. I’m happiest surrounded by nature or lost in a good fantasy novel (if dragons were real, I’d definitely have one!). But I also know what it’s like to feel completely dismissed by doctors and defeated by chronic illness. Experiencing the rollercoaster of autoimmune disease with the highs of feeling unstoppable and the crushing lows where getting out of bed feels impossible.
